What it is

Built to sell fast and without surprises

Connects to your CRMYour products, customers and cashiers load from the CRM. What you change there shows up in the register without touching anything.
Installed or in the browserInstall it on Windows or on a dedicated computer, or open it from any laptop's browser with your account, with nothing to install.
Keeps selling without internetThe installed version keeps charging if the network goes down, and sends the sales to the CRM when the connection returns. The web register does need internet.
Each cashier with their own accessOnly people with permission can use the register. If you remove it from the CRM, the register logs them out.
Always up to dateThe installed version downloads improvements on its own and applies them when you close the register or when it is idle, never in the middle of a sale. The web register always opens the latest one.
With your brandYou can give it your business's color and logo from the CRM, and it looks the same in the installed register and on the web.

User guide

From download to your first sale

Follow the steps in order. Each one opens to show the details.

  1. 1Before you start+

You need your CRM account ready. If you don't have one yet, create it for free from the home page.

    • In the CRM, create your establishment and an issuing point: POS type for the installed register, or Web type for the register in the browser (one per computer, each with its own numbering).
    • Load your products and, if you want, your customers. They will load into the register on their own.
    • Invite your cashiers from Employees and give them a role that includes the “Enter the POS register and charge” permission (installed register) or that can issue invoices (web register). The Administrator, Supervisor and Salesperson roles already include it.
  2. 2Use the web register (nothing to install)+

To take payments from a laptop's browser. It needs internet and your CRM account.

    • Sign in to the CRM with your account and open “Point of sale” in the menu, or go straight to crm.noahsolution.com/pos.
    • The first time, choose the establishment and a Web-type issuing point. The computer remembers it for next time.
    • Search for the product by name or scan its barcode, and add it. If the sale is for a customer, look them up by name, RUC (tax ID) or email; with no customer, it is invoiced to Final consumer.
    • Press “Charge”, choose cash, card or transfer and confirm. The invoice is issued instantly and the SRI (tax authority) authorizes it within seconds.
    • If the connection drops while charging, the sale stays on screen: when the internet returns, press “Retry” and it won't be invoiced twice. The web register has no cash-up opening or closing.
  3. 3Install the application+

Choose the download that matches your computer (above).

    • Windows: run the installer. It installs for your user, without asking for administrator permissions, and opens when it finishes.
    • If Windows shows “Windows protected your PC”, press “More info” and then “Run anyway”.
    • If your Windows 11 has Smart App Control turned on, it blocks installers that are not yet signed and does not offer that option. Write to us and we will help you install it.
  4. 4Install on a dedicated computer (.iso)+

For a computer that will only be used as a register. WARNING: the installation erases the computer's entire disk.

    • Download the image (.iso) and write it to a USB drive of 8 GB or more with a tool such as balenaEtcher or Rufus.
    • Connect the computer to the internet with a network cable: the installation downloads the application and does not continue without a connection.
    • Boot the computer from the USB drive (usually with F12, F11 or Esc when powering on). “Install POS KIOSKO” appears and starts on its own after 5 seconds. If the USB drive was plugged into the wrong computer, remove it before the countdown ends.
    • Wait without touching anything: it installs, restarts and opens the sales screen. Remove the USB drive when it restarts.
    • Continue with “Pair the register with your CRM”. This register keeps itself up to date.
  5. 5Pair the register with your CRM+

Done once per register. It links the application to the issuing point you created.

    • In the CRM, go to Establishments and open your POS-type issuing point: you will see a 6-digit code that changes every so often.
    • On the register, on the “Set up this POS” screen, type that code and confirm.
    • Within seconds the register downloads your catalog and your cashiers, and moves on to the login screen.
    • If you typed the wrong code, use “Enter it again” to start over.
  6. 6Log in+

Each person signs in with their own user.

    • User: the person's 7-character code. You can see it on their profile, under Employees in the CRM.
    • Password: the one they chose when accepting the email invitation.
    • If someone can't sign in, check that their role has permission to use the register and that they accepted their invitation.
  7. 7Charge a sale+

This is how you charge on the installed register; the web register follows the same steps, with no cash-up opening or closing.

    • When the shift starts, the register asks for the opening cash amount.
    • Search for the product by name, code or barcode, or pick it from the list, and add it to the sale. Repeat for each product.
    • If the sale is for a customer, look them up by name, RUC (tax ID) or email.
    • Choose the payment method (for example, cash or card) and press “Charge”.
    • You can look up earlier sales in the Sales history. At the end of the shift, close the register by counting the cash.
  8. 8If something doesn't go as expected+

    The most common cases.

    • No internet, on the installed register: keep selling as usual. You will see the status in the bottom bar and the sales are sent on their own when the connection returns.
    • “Session expired: pair the register again” in the bottom bar: the register lost its connection with the CRM (for example, after many days switched off). Generate a new code under Establishments and pair again.
    • A new product doesn't show up: wait a few seconds; if you created it recently, the register receives it on its next sync.
    • Switching CRM or issuing point: unlink the register from Establishments in the CRM and pair again with a new code.
Frequently asked questions

About POS Kiosko

Do I need the CRM to use POS Kiosko?+

Yes. POS Kiosko is your CRM's register: it takes your products, customers and cashiers from there, and sends the sales back to it. Create your account for free from the home page.

Can I take payments without installing anything?+

Yes. The web register opens in any computer's browser, at crm.noahsolution.com/pos, with your same account. It looks the same as the installed register and invoices instantly. It needs internet and has no cash-up opening and closing; if you need to sell offline, use the installed version.

Can I have several registers?+

Yes. You create one issuing point per register: installed ones are paired with their own code, and browser ones (Web type) only need you to choose the point when you start.

What happens to sales if the internet goes down?+

They are saved on the register and sent to the CRM when the connection returns. Meanwhile, the register keeps charging.

What if the register's computer breaks?+

You install the application on another computer and pair it with a new code. Your products, customers and cashiers load again from the CRM.
